David Mook, MBA, PMP

President & Director of Project Management

David Mook is a seasoned entrepreneur and incorporated Centergy Group, a project management consulting firm, in January of 2000. Centergy Group has developed a reputation for “putting it all together” by consulting with organizations on their most important initiatives. With a client list including Coca-Cola, CNN, Turner Broadcasting, Turner Sports, Invesco, Atlantic Trust, Annual Georgia Environmental Conference, Annual Tennessee Environmental Network Show of the South, Clean Cities Georgia, Bellsouth, ATT, Fox Sports 1, ConocoPhillips, Georgia Brownfield Association, Georgia Organics, and AECOM, Centergy Group has taken on a wide range of project types with one thing in common – they must succeed.

Jill Geraghty, Ed.D.

Director of Event Management

Jill Geraghty joined the Centergy Group team in 2013 to provide support for the Annual Georgia Environmental Conference. Jill’s background in event management includes special events and conference planning and logistics, content and speaker management, sponsor/exhibitor stewardship, volunteer management, and student scholarship program coordination.

Jill has also worked in higher education as both an administrator and faculty member. She has taught at all levels, from freshmen student success to graduate and doctoral-level courses, both on campus and online. In addition, she is also a freelance proofreader/copy editor.

Jill earned all three of her degrees from the University of Central Florida and is a very proud UCF Knight! (#GKCO) She resides a “little north” of Atlanta with her husband, Mike, an IT and Project Management Professional, and their two children.

Pat Wilson

Director of Video Production Management

Leveraging more than 25 years of Fortune 500 production and webcasting success, Pat Wilson has been fueling Centergy Group’s technology requirements since the advent of digital media.  In 1999 while at Media1st™ in Atlanta, Pat produced one of Fox Sport’s first live-stream World Cup soccer matches and was immediately energized with opportunity.  In the year 2000 he helped launch iNstruct™, one of the world’s first video-powered eLearning libraries.  His client engagements include Comcast, Dell, Pfizer, GSC, Atlanta Braves, MLB, and many more. 

Hailing from his father’s anchor legacy with WSB-Atlanta and WTVT-Tampa, Pat has been an inspired producer since inception.  In 2009 he helped launch Centergy Studios, upon debuting the Georgia Environmental Conference’s first remote presentation via Tandberg’s Videoconference Manager.  Practice expertise includes data-voice-video integration, impact media, distance learning, virtual conferencing, webcasting, content strategies, and live event-technology for conferences, houses of worship, and concerts.

Philip Seagraves, Ph.D.

Director of Real Estate Consulting

Dr. Philip Seagraves received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State University in his home town of Atlanta, Georgia. He received an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing at the University of Georgia. He joined Middle Tennessee State University in 2014 to help build the University’s real estate program where he remains a tenured member of the faculty and Director of the Real Estate Studies Program.

As director of MTSU’s growing real estate program, Dr. Seagraves teaches a variety of undergraduate courses such as Principles of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Brokerage Management, and the Dale Carnegie course. His current research interests include innovative housing, real estate securities, brokerage, and corporate executive pay. In addition to his research program, Dr. Seagraves also has a passion for international study and travel where students can learn more about real estate around the world.

Helping to bring the real world into the classroom, Dr. Seagraves is an active real estate investor, developer, and licensed real estate broker in Tennessee. He has also held real estate brokerage licenses in Georgia and Wisconsin. Dr. Seagraves also helped launch a one-of-a-kind rest estate brokerage for students called, Blue Raider Realty where MTSU’s real estate students can get licensed and start working in the real estate industry before graduation. Prior to joining MTSU, Dr. Seagraves taught Real Estate and Real Estate Investment at University of Wisconsin, Mississippi State, and Georgia State. He also worked for Intuit, ADP, and IBM in strategic planning, marketing and business development.

In addition to his role at MTSU, Dr. Seagraves sits on the board of directors of The American Real Estate Society where he will be President in 2022. He is also a founding member of a real estate advisory company, a brokerage and a commercial real estate development company. Dr. Seagraves is known for developing creative solutions to real estate problems.
